Where were all the Iowa fans? Was there max ticket allotment to each school? I've never seen it like that.

Bryce Jordan is still alive, and he's just not big enough to host that many people, even the paltry Natty Duals attendance in Gooferland.

Sunday Attendance: 6,846, so "empty" is relative to the size of the arena.

Even with the state tournament going on in Iowa, more showed up on Saturday than Sunday.

Yeah Minny did such an awesome job when they hosted did you get over 250?

MN had just under 3,000 I believe. It was the state tournament qualifier that weekend which also hurt attendance.

I enjoyed the event at Carver this year. Lot of good wrestling.

Scheduling this event in February, you are challenging the state qualifying tournaments. Want a financially successful tournament do it in January and screw up the dual meet schedule.

Too many fringe schools in this year's tournament, led to blow out matches, which led to poor attendance. "Kissing a pig does not mean that she will be next year's Miss America." Stick with the current championship format until you figure it put.

Per my Short Time interview with Moyer on Friday before the National Duals, the NCAA committee has tabled the dual meet thing for now, so worries about the National Duals with the NCAA are on the back burner for the time being.
