ESPiN hypocrisy is numbing!!!

This thread has become reminiscent of the day they changed the format of the board.

You all remember - the changeover apparently removed all the "bans" - and the place was absolutely FLOODED with the circle-jerkers from TOS.
This thread has rung the dinner bell for that same crowd of nit-wits, morons, astroturfers, and circle-jerkers.

The entire left-hand-side of the bell curve has jumped into the water.

TOS is finished. Nothing but crap there.

You miss the point. I believe that Joe was never told by MM the very specific observations that MM testified to at the GJ. McQueary also testified to that and Joe's testimony and statements are consistent with that. You choose to ignore that Joe was told of inappropriate behavior by Sandusky of a sexual nature involving fondling. You agree with that based on his sworn testimony, a statement to the police and an interview with Jenkins?

Actually, you've missed the point. It's clear as day, Joe was not told what you THINK he was told. See my previous posts. Throw out your preconceived agenda and have an open mind to the facts.

You're confusing facts with a different take or opinion on this issue. I agree it's open to some interpretation, but when an issue is so serious it should be seriously examined .

And it seems at the minimum it wasn't . When a disaster strikes it doesn't matter if am honest or dishonest error is made, you will still get some kind of fallout .

That goes both ways on agendas you know. I think Joe was told what he stated on 3 separate occasions he was told, one under oath; no more and no less

I'm suggesting that there may have been a gap between the time when McQueary first talked to Joe about what he saw and when McQeary used the term "fondling", like as much as a ten year gap.

Certainly a possibility; but that would mean Joe did not recall the McQueary conversation that Saturday morning but testified as if he had an independent recollection. He would have been giving testimony under oath that could lead to serious criminal charges against someone which could ruin that person's life based on what some third party recently told him. Ouch; I don't want to go there but you can feel free to follow that scenario.

Long way to go for a job as a teller.

My 2016 looks great. PENN St degree and $68,000 first job in corporate finance with major bank. Not sure why you're beating me up. My parents are excited and Atlanta will be awesome. I have friends in Atlanta. I'm excited.

$68,000 starting salary? Really? I find that hard to believe.

That's my package. I'm getting $7000 to move down and $3000 bonus. Two year training program. I want to get a MBA and end up as CFO or COO type in good size company down the road.

I almost made that in my first part time job.. No offense, but how you going to live in Atlanta off 68K a year?

I hear you! My dad does well.

So you are out of college and still going to get Mom and Dad to pay your bills.

Nothing wrong with it, but as an adult that should be your responsibility and nobody elses. I was done getting support as soon as I turned 18.

You're patronizing me like I care about what you say or think. Seriously dude I don't want feedback about my life from you. What is wrong with some of you. I've got two roommates and 3 friends on here with me. Four of us are graduating. I'm the only one with a job right now. Go bother someone else.

For a main of Joe's age at the time and in poor health I have no problem going there. Apparently McQueary and his handlers didn't either.

I'm not confusing anything. It's clear that Joe qualified his non-cross examined statements enough to make them worthless.

Dude, I know someone from High School who works at subway and I get an extra meatball.. Beat that!!

Can you post that again in English? On second thought, no one really cares about your alternate reality. How about you tell us why you are so motivated to pin some sort of guilt on to JVP, who did exactly what he was supposed to do, instead of shining the spotlight on the "professionals" at DPW/CYS/TSM that actually failed those kids?

Loser. Did you even go to Penn St. I'll match my education against yours any day. Penn St vs. Slippery Rock. The person you know is probably the manager of the store you're working at.

You do realize that was a joke since you were throwing out who your friends are, right?

I did I go to Penn State? Yes I did, I graduated quit a few years prior to you. I actually run a company now and our branching out. We do a lot of security, investigations, surveillance work. I do quit well and have several employees who I watch after.

A tip, be humble, don't be online bragging on what you make, especially when it's nothing.

That was my first thought too, way too low for a PSU grad.

Hey just glad I'm placed and ready to go in July. Why are a couple of you obsessed with my first job. Are you unemployed and jealous? Had offers from Chase and SunTrust. Packages were all in same ball park. A lot of the graduating kids I know aren't placed yet. I'm just happy to get going.

Bilas has been (vehemently) anti - NCAA.....on numerous fronts, including the PSU debacle.

That does NOT meant he has been "Pro-PSU"....and he hasn't been

Where did I say he was "pro-PSU"? It is true that he was mildly critical of Joe and what Bilas perceived as an inadequate response to what he was told. I understand that for some any criticism of Joe is unforgivable. That said, he never blamed Joe for what happened. I will also say that he has always been fair, and was never part of the lynch mob that wanted to see us burn.

I think you should probably google the definition of the word "obsessed" before using it again. Making a comment about information you freely posted is far from obsessed.

I guess it's not fair to compare apples and oranges. I graduated in a better job market with a much more impressive and highly sought after degree. So congrats on having a job, I hope you can make ends meet.

I wasn't bragging. Sorry if it came off that way. Definitely didn't mean it to. I'm very thankful for my placement. Congratulations on your success. Looking to get there some day as well.

Sorry, When you come on a board and bring up how much you make, what perks the company is offering, your dad is wealthy it's bragging.

Congrats on your 68K job out of college, I hope it goes well for you. I wish bad on nobody, but I got to warn you about Atlanta, 68k is going to be low.
