I think Josh Moyer hit the nail on the head. Nothing in college football is as exciting, loud and electric as a white out game in Beaver Stadium at night. It's mind blowing.
I still can't forget in 2002... Night game against Nebraska. My brother is at the game, I'm home with an illness. Rich Gardner intercepts a Jamaal Lord pass and races 42 yds for the touchdown. My brother calls me from his cell phone to cheer me up as the crowd is going bananas and when he does... I hear the "ear shattering nose" coming into my ear... from his cell phone. Instantly... I felt better.
