I met Dan at Beat the Streets a few years ago, and considering what happened Friday night, our conversation was priceless.

Of course, I was decked out in PSU gear, so when he came over to me he says something to the effect of, "You guys have something special going there. Of course, you had to come to Iowa to get your coach." I wonder if he would understand the irony in that statement.

Irony indeed. You should have replied "Iowa had to come to Pennsylvania to get the best 1/2 of your team"!
