Nice article in today's Pittsburgh Tribune Review. The article discusses the loss of Mike Hull, Amos and the DE's, but points out Shoop's confidence in capable replacements ready to step up, etc. Starting to believe the defense is going to remain at an elite level, with not much, if any drop off from last year with the depth it continues to have and playmakers in abundance.
I also posted this on the free board, but wanted to post it here in the Den as well. Whatever concerns we all may have of the offense and there are many, the defense may indeed be the great equalizer.
