Doubt we'd be favored over Syracuse. They beat Bucknell by 51 on Saturday.

Shots weren't falling and we still somehow found a way to win. It happens. We beat Georgetown, at Georgetown, by 15 going away.

Right now we have the best metrics/analytics of the field, from what I have seen.

• Syracuse is 4-1 with their only loss to #11 Virginia.
• Oklahoma State is 5-0.

PSU should be ranked 15th-20th if they win this tournamnent but that's a BIG IF.

Last in-season tournament we won was the Cable Car Classic in the fall of 1995.

If we win it, I’d guess we slip in at about 23rd or 24th next week.

If we win the tournament, and that includes a W over Syracuse, I agree that we would jump inside the top 20. But like you say, that's a huge if.

Please re-read my original post. I said that winning this tournament would be a stretch, however, it would result in a ranking. I never said that we should, or that we will win it. I think that we are in agreeance here
