Is it safe to have fans in the upper decks during white outs? I swear one year against Ohio St that I felt about a foot of deflection from the dynamic loading of thousands of fans jumping in unison. Plus sloped roofs up there.

I think the university should have a season ticket holder vote to determine the white out each year. Have those fans who are financially vested in the football program decide. That would be the most democratic way to do it.
