Here's the solution to riding time. If the match is 0-0 after the 1st
period, which happens often, and the match ends up going to SV and is
also 0-0, then let's have the Ref do a ball grab. He chooses a colored
ball out of the bag and that then determines the winner. No more
arguing about the ot stalling rideout problem.
