I resent the notion that being against COVID vaccinations of 15 year olds is being Anti-vax. I think people can be smarter than red pill, blue pill.
Point 1 - the protein mimics the Covid protein. No shit it’s a new protein as it’s a new disease. It’s what mRNA technology does.
Point 2- it doesn’t alter genes. It’s not gene therapy. Kids are not being born with altered genetics whatever that means.
You are the one that doesn’t understand the technology.

By the way... Franco was a good friend. We car pooled from Park Forest Apts to first period classes. He was a very rational, logical and empathetic human. Most of the nonsense posted in this thread is an insult to the caring thoughtful communicator that he was.
Michael Francheze is adamant that it was a mob hit. He says that he was told by multiple sources who "had no reason to lie."
It takes no skill to be angry. We don't even have to be smart.
Here's something that makes me angry. At my age, I choose to work because 13 years ago my wife passed away. It is something that keeps me grounded so to speak.
So at 72, they take social security out of my earnings AND then reduce my social security benefits (pay more B and D) because of my income. LOL

The problem is that our public health response was the exact opposite of what thousands of years of human experience told us to do.
1) We did not protect the elderly. In fact, 6 democrat governors including PA by public health order forced nursing homes to accept covid infectious patients over their strenuous written objections. Hundreds of thousands died in the nursing homes. No one was held accountable for the opposite of what science and totality of human experience told us.
2) We shut down our economy and for criminally long periods in mostly democrat run states to quarantine the young and healthy. We are still dealing with the idiocy of these anti-science decisions. They fired and ridiculed people who did not get the jab, ruined careers, kicked American heroes out of the military, and killed off about 40% of small businesses that never survived covid anti-science policies. They restricted travel and other rights of those not vaxxed and not at risk despite the vaccines having no protection from transmission.
3) They harmed our children not just with vaccines when they were at infinitesimal risk but also by setting them back 2 years in learning, taking away their normal social development, stealing once in a lifetime experiences that we all enjoyed, and exacerbating what the CDC now refers to as a mental health crisis. Suicides increased dramatically among young people. Science and history of viral responses said not to do any of this.
4) They stopped most health care that wasn't covid. Hospitals lost so much revenue that they laid off tens of thousands of health care workers, nurses, and fired doctors who spoke out against the policies during a pandemic! The American Heart Association has said that millions of heart disease diagnoses were skipped. Probably around the same order of magnitude to those numbers of cancer diagnoses were missed. To this day they still require a cloth mask to be worn (often incorrectly, often after sitting in a vehicle without being washed with repeated use for months) as if science doesn't understand aerosolized viral propagation or what a nanometer is. They are still "isolating" covid cases and exposures in nursing homes and rehab centers in rooms with shared ventilation to the rest of the facility as if aerosolized covid particles know not to travel through the ventilation or under the doors.
There is much more, this is just a taste of the covid insanity that has ensued that is completely against the science and all of our human experience dealing with viruses for thousands of years.

Don't think so. I've been a laboratory director at a major university. My wife managed drug studies prior to recent retirement. I would put my understanding against yours any day.
The studies are out there even if the media suppresses them or tries to discuss away the results. As I said, further research is required. It is almost laughable to be so naive as to think we know with certainty all of the impacts of these emergency authorized use vaccines after like a year and half. You do realize that they allowed major shortcuts to study protocols to rush these vaccines out with not even phase 3 trial data when there are 4 phases in the clinical trial protocol? Also, emergency use authorization in the past only was permitted for patients who were essentially at their last resort with very bleak outcome diagnosis. It had never previously been permitted for healthy patients.

Same. We lost a legend. No idea if he is a victim of the millions undiagnosed during covid-only health care policies or if the vaccine had an impact or if it was just his time. It did seem odd how great he seemed and said he felt in the interview the day prior.

Yea I listened to a 40 minute interview on Mad Dog the afternoon before he died. Was absolutely shocked the next morning as I felt I just had a conversation with him. I did think he was slightly off his game and could hear faint labored breathing at the time.

1). I have posted about this before, but my wife got severe vertigo after getting the vaccine. I blame the vaccine, but I know I cannot prove it. She has suffered a domino effect of health problems and I am caring for her around the clock. I do not apologize for, and I resent being belittled for, believing there is a connection. Science requires an open mind and I don’t see much of that in discussions.
2). An example of questionable ethics in research came to light recently. The gold standard study of the efficacy of ivermectin found no positive benefit. After the Cliff’s Notes results of the study were released, the FTX dude awarded $18 million to the study group. The final version of the study with underlying data was never published. Doesn’t that make you go hmmm? If ivermectin (and whatever else in conjunction), were found to be effective, vaccines couldn’t be used under EUA. Hmmm.

Likewise. Became a little irritated to learn that it wasn't "90% effective in preventing COVID" as the nurse proudly proclaimed after my second dose.
Now I sit here on day 6 in the basement with a f'ing mask on. And I got my bivalent booster in late October. Got my flu shot around the same time. Came down with it after Thanksgiving.
To be fair, it was pretty good against the original COVID. The variants, not so much. But that brings me to two conclusions: why didn't the "news" about the efficacy of the shots make the news? It was so egregious, I feel like they just lied (for some reason). Worse, they fired people for not getting vaccinated. Second, if you ask a virologist why they missed the variants, they will tell you that this virus is unlike anything on the planet in terms of adapting and changing to be less affected by vaccines. And I mean by a massive amount. Yet, when you ask how this could be so adept at mutating when we've learned a lot about evolution you get the blank stare with heightened eyebrows (meaning, it is man-made but they don't want to say that).

"Isolating" from your family in the basement with a mask on does no good unless you have opened up all the windows in the basement and have a fan on trying to increase the exchange with outside air.
Otherwise the concentration of aerosolized viral load in the basement is increasing over time and that air is still exchanging with the rest of the house via shared ventilation (your filter likely in your basement is not rated to 300 nanometers and the air ducts are drawing air from your basement for heated air distribution throughout the home) and by macro sized openings at the basement door.
The window is open the the fan is exhausting out........................... My wife is very thorough.......

Agreed and sometimes a heart attack is simply a heart attack. Dude was a big fella and aged 72. Many of his teammates suffered with their health from taking performance-enhancing drugs, that were not illegal at the time. He may have had a few back in the day.
The short answer is vaccine passports.
This has never been about public health. It's always been about getting the jabs. If it was about public health, the CDC would have been all over the place in 2020 telling people to take Vitamin D3 and a plethora of other preventives/treatments. Instead, it was all out fear porn for a year so that we'd stampede to the injection sites. Millions were forced to get these unsafe and ineffective shots in order to keep their jobs or go to school. Nursing mothers, those with natural immunity, our military, and now children?

I'm not sure how you want to define normal, but in case you missed it, documents recently released indicate that the CIA had a hand in the JFK assassination. You know what a criminal Louis Freeh is. Do you think the current occupant of his desk at the FBI is any less of a scumbag? The agency paid Twitter $ millions to censor dissenting views and sat on the Biden laptop to keep it out of the election.
You saw the Sandusky mess play out. No matter what new information came to light, the narrative never changed. The same thing is happening here, but on a global scale.
The system is broken. It was designed to expose and minimize moral hazards in our dealings with one another. It no longer does that. Normal was never what you and I were brought up to believe.

JT thomas said he received a call around 2 AM with the news. So I am assuming that means the event happened earlier. No one really knows as there has been no info given as to what happened. At this point I don’t expect any and if that is their choice, that is certainly their right.
The vaccine is not gene therapy. But, as it is an mRNA shot, it alters the expression of genes by inserting itself in the transcription phase causing the cell to manufacture the spike protein that is on the surface of the virus. There have been a couple studies showing evidence of it being incorporated in the DNA in some cases but the extent of such, and any effects of such, are yet unknown……as far as I know.
I bet early Nazis stayed in their lane. And the best scientists in the world at one time thought the earth was the center of the universe and all of the stars revolved around it. Being a good soldier has lead to some of mankind's worst outcomes and the very essence of science is to continue to question.

Wrong. The FOI summaries indicate every reason to approve to lower severity of disease and prevent death which they are very effective, including a statistical zero on the latter. The data shows it. In addition, after actually billions of doses….the data is upheld. That people have died of Covid after having a vaccine, does not mean the data is wrong. The indication is for exactly what the data says and nothing else.
And this tech, as pointed out previously…is not new. There is long history of safety data.
Can’t believe I went down this rabbit hole again having to provide actual facts. But, hey…who am to know. Just a person who was involved on some of that phase I and II work before 2010.
