That cannot happen. All college football players always play up to their potential AT ALL TIMES. And the HOF coach who coached Crab Legs Winston never loses to teams he should not lose to. It just doesn't happen anywhere but at PSU.

As FSU was driving at the end of the game, they committed their fourth false start in the 4th quarter. One of the announcers said that FSU has a young offensive line, seemingly saying that these mistakes are to be expected. I guess that doesn't apply when Penn State has a young roster and a thin roster. Penn State should be in the playoffs this year!
