what a refreshing way to run a coaching search. No drama, no talk of hiring Gruden, Cowher, Saban, etc... No desire to bring in a retread like Miles or an old NFL coach. They seem to have brought in 3-4 big time coordinators, interview them and make their move. Tennessee and others could learn a lesson here.
