How on earth is MM's original statement to police (which is radically different than subsequent statements about being home in the early-evening on a Friday night watching TV - MM clearly states that he was NOT AT HOME prior to going to the Lasch Building in his seminal statement to OAG Investigators) not germane to Sandusky's current PCRA Hearing???
Beyond that, you have people yammering on this board about when the OAG found out that it was 2/9/2001 and not a "Friday night in 2002 before Spring Break", when definitive, documented information regarding the date of the incident was turned over to Baldwin for delivery to investigators in the early months of 2011 - not only that, but OAG Investigators claim they served search warrants on Sandusky in the first-half of 2011 (and one would presume questioned him about the incident they were investigating to get his "statement" on record) and Sandusky has ALWAYS maintained the incident occurred shortly after his trip to UVa to interview for the HC Job in late December 2000 in the first months of 2001. Again, not only that, but it has shown to be FACTUAL that Tim Curley FORMALLY reported the incident to The Second Mile via it's CEO at the time Jack Raykovitz, including that TSM's privilege's on PSU's campus has been terminated - an event that TSM would have unquestionably documented for posterity (in fact, TSM would have had a LEGAL OBLIGATION to document such a report by PSU for several reasons, including the termination of their "use agreement" of PSU's facilities!). But the crack "investigators" at the OAG were not able to find any of this information despite V1's seminal DPW-Reported CSA complaint, and DPW's subsequent "Indicated" finding & accompanying Report, pointing the finger directly at TSM??? The DPW-Reported CSA Complaint - i.e., V1's Complaint - that was handed to the OAG on 3/3/2009 for criminal investigation & prosecution and supposedly generated the need for a SWIGJ with a SWIGJ Application signed by AG Tom Corbett on 5/1/2009 which read as follows:
But the "crack" OAG investigators never thought to go speak with TSM about this "incident" that Mike McQueary told them about in late-2010 involving a youth-participant of The Second Mile??? The ruthlessly efficient, crack OAG investigators of Tom Corbutt's OAG couldn't even figure out the date of the 2001 incident being 2/9/2001, not "a Friday night in March 2002", until the middle of 2012 despite the OAG being told by Sandusky it was February 2001 (a fact that could be confirmed by Sandusky's Charity, TSM) and a fact that could be confirmed by PSU via information given to Baldwin in the first months of 2011 by both Schultz and Curley??? Wow, some investigators - LMFAO! Simply not credible that the OAG thought this incident was March 2002 after MM's initial statement - a cursory investigation (including speaking with TSM or the supposed perpetrator or PSU via Baldwin) would have quickly yielded the actual date of 2/9/2001.
