Especially Coach Cunningham and the other PSU guys he rolls with. With Ben winning medals in Greco and Freestyle at the recent PanAms. The huge amount of respect he has for Cunningham, who still may be the best in the room in Freestyle at 41 years old. To being the only Greco guy full time in an RTC.

The Tony Ramos interview is also good. Interesting how he hedges the Iowa versus UNC rooms question. Didn't do a 100% XXXXXX at Rutgres attack (surprising for TR), but you certainly could read into his comments.

The combination of elite international guys with elite NCAA guys is incredible when it comes to overall training. Ben layouts how the competition, the coaching, the training, and the examples set in the room are pretty high and how all benefit.

Impressive interview from both Tony and Ben. Ben shines a light on what is happening in the room in State College. It makes sense now why they are doing so well at PSU and the NLWC. It sounds like you guys are going to be watching great wrestling for quite a while. You lucky sons of a gun.

"The crazy thing is he (Casey) beats most of the national champions we have now, just whoops their butts'". The man is a badass!

Great podcast overall. I thought the hosts did a nice job peppering both guests with questions - really packed a lot in to 56 minutes!
