Ugh, this lineup is like having a Thanksgiving dinner and finding out they are serving fruitcake instead of pumpkin pie.
Seriously, never heard Carver so quiet and the audible gasp from the crowd when the announced Perez Perez going instead of Lee.

Iowa averaged 8,996 fans per dual, more than 1,000 in front of second-place Penn State (7,693) and third-place Ohio State (6,681). For the year, 71,966 fans attended Iowa's eight home meets. Rutgers and Fresno State round out the top five.

Iowa State finished sixth, with an average attendance of 3,361. Northern Iowa finished 15th, at 1,724.

The Hawkeyes’ average this season is their fourth-highest average since 2001-02. Iowa has led the nation in attendance in each of Tom Brands' 12 seasons as head coach, and have averaged at least 8,000 fans for the 10th straight season.

If your a die hard or season ticket holder at Iowa and you risk life and limb to drive in what surely is the worst ice storm in recorded history, the least TnT could do is have half the lineup be starters.

Maybe the inner circle sent out a memo to stay home and save lives.

Limmex vs Murin could be a good scrap. Nate beat Max last year at the Midlands

Injuries suck my friend. Big kick in the sack

Maybe they're trying to show Howard that at CHA, they want it quiet so you can hear your conversation with your neighbor.

yes they do. absolutely. BUT....if your team year in and year out has guys getting hurt, off season knee injuries, etc, etc its time to take a look at your training.

Is there a team with more injuries annually than Iowa? Sure seems like they are always banged up.

If points were awarded for knee braces and miles of athletic tape, iowa would always start the meet well ahead.

Turk, you're starting to sound really desperate lately. Time to get back to your early days demeanor. I cringe almost every time you post now.

Guys are going to poke you no doubt over here. Not a lot of them, but there are always going to be some.

Everyone knows Iowa led the NCAA in attendance. Everyone knows PSU has sold out 40+ in a row at Rec Hall.

Unfortunately for Iowa, they are going to lose that title this year. I guess I can look forward to a years worth of posts about Iowa being the best place for a 125 come March.

It’s sad at this point. I’m sure he’s a great guy but his constant patrolling of this board with his “yeah guys but we what about us” is just pathetic and desperate.

Watching this duel is like having teeth pulled WTH how do you wrestle like that for that long. Is there such a thing as back points in iowa

Desparate? Cringe? Lol come on man. You know better than that. I'm just a diehard that checks you guys a bit when your head gets to big.

Be honest, those "checks" only serve to help you.

Facts and your feelings are on opposite paths.

Back points? How about we start them off slow and work on a TD?

Hard to fathom that there was optimism from some on the HR that this team was a NC contender with a minor slip up from PSU. They have chasms to bridge.
