Up 34-0 with 10 min left in the game against Illinois, he fakes punts.
Then up 41-8 on the last drive, the ball is spotted 2 yards short of the first down, he challenges the play, knowing that he still wasn't getting a first down if it is reversed. And this comes against Lovie Smith, who has been nothing but classy through his career. Harbaugh is still complaining about the spot days later.

Congratulations milk drinker. You've outdone yourself again.

The Michigan Men don't care. He's winning.

I saw a couple of minutes of his press conference yesterday at lunch and someone asked him about the fake punt. I couldn't hear the exact question, but Harbaugh answered it as the guy wanted to know the X's and O's as opposed to why he is such a douche.

Lol, wow people are jealous of a winner.

We're jealous of winning. That's not exactly the same thing as being jealous of your coach. Not by a long shot.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what part of my post led you to believe that I am jealous. I don't care how much that guy wins. It's not worth it if I have to wake up every day knowing that my coach is the ultimate classless douche. But, I guess he fits in well with the ultimate douche school.

I would take a guy like Meyer or Saban in a nano-second before JH.

Is he a winner? Absolutely.....no one will dispute that. But is he also a grade A ass? Absolutely....and in all likelihood no one outside of AA would dispute that either.

Because what you are taking issue with is ridiculous and hilarious. Clear sign that you are not objective due to jealousy.

Lovie Smith probably said the same thing that Pete Carroll did, "What's your deal?"

I think you are confusing jealousy with visceral disgust. It's not a surprise to me that a "Michigan Man" has difficulty discerning classless behavior.

Your disgust stems from jealousy. It is the only way to explain your pathetic opening post.

Really? What has Harbaugh won? He didn't win a Super Bowl in the NFL. He hasn't won a Big Ten title. At Stanford, he never won a Pac 12 title.

He wins some games, runs up the score on weaker teams, is a poor sportsman and a general douche, but then he chokes when it matters. Typical Michigan Man. You can have him.

His sideline rants were entertaining for their childish antics, but if Jimmah keeps trying to "show up" the officials, I bet there is going to be one of those double secret emails circulated amongst the B1G officiating crews....

Really, really doubt that Jim Harbaugh is going anywhere after this season. He's got it rolling in Ann Arbor right now, and it appears he is getting along nicely with his AD and University President.

But give it a couple of years. Harbaugh's track record suggests that the length of his tenure at Michigan will probably not rival Bo's.

Actually, a better way to explain my opening post is that I hate classless behavior. Even more so when it is at the expense of a coach like Lovie Smith. That is what really irks me. If Michigan was winless and Harbaugh did that, I would have made the same post.

Why are you on the PSU board? I think you are obsessed with what PSU fans think.

He's got it rolling with Brady Hoke's recruits. He may never be a hotter commodity than this year...he might have to take advantage while he can. The Michigan job will always be there for him if he doesn't cut it in the NFL again.

This is an interesting take. I don't agree with it but still find it interesting. He did ok at Stanford without Hokes recruits so maybe he will do ok at Michigan as well with his own recruits. Just a thought.

Open amount

8/1 Jaguars
6/1 Colts
10/1 Saints
20/1 Ravens
5/1 Chargers
30/1 Bills
15/1 Redskins

There is no way that Harbaugh goes back to the NFL... at least not until (hypothetically, not a prediction) he gets bored winning multiple Big Ten and National Championships. Harbaugh has absolutely no schematic advantage. His success is based upon motivation and (to a lesser degree) on executing fundemental football. While it's not like these are bad things or you can't win NFL championships doing these things, his rah, rah act doesn't play so well with millionaires. They will run through the first wall or two, but after that they will be complaining about practice and/or running routes over the middle.

He did okay at Stanford and then bailed after his first really good year. Maybe he doesn't like taking a step backwards, no matter how small, after his best group leaves. That may come into play this year. I know he can recruit but he has no track record of sticking around because he's on a roll. He did the opposite at Stanford.

He was sub 500 the first three years at Stanford.

How'd he do in his first three years at Stanford again???
Started building with someone else's recruits. How did he do his last couple of years with his own recruits? People seem to assume the only reason JH is winning games is because of someone else's recruits and that he can't win with his own so he will bail to the NFL. I don't agree. I think he can probably do alright when it's only his recruits in the team wouldn't you think?

I think you're assuming a few things in this post. He wanted to try coaching in the NFL so he left Stanford. I wouldn't say Franklin bailed on Vandy to go to PSU because he didn't want to take a step backwards after a couple good seasons. I would say he left because it's a step up and a better job. Same kind of thing basically

He was 17 and 20 after three years. His last year he was 12 and 1.

I never said he couldn't recruit, but he certainly has shown (at both Stanford and Michigan) - just like any other coach - he can't with without decent talent.

Urban Meyer did the same thing against Penn State in 2013.

It comes around.
