HR to English Dictionary

Willie and I have a history. He gets it. Come on El-Jefe.. Be easy on me. I'm only one man;)
I meant that as you've probably busted on Willie that often, and that seriously. As in not all that seriously.

My associates and I= Me and my two co-workers that stock shelves at Walmart on 3rd shift and gave each other homemade Herky tats.
He's a POS and should never be allowed to wrestle again=He's on another team.
He's fierce and wrestles Iowa style=He transferred in.

Definition of stalling, when applied to an Iowa opponent: Iowa wrestler ties up the opponent and pushes him around the mat, while never taking a shot.

Definition of stalling, when applied to Penn State: Penn State wrestler on top riding and executing multiple turns on his opponent.

Or:
If the non Iowa wrestler scores multiple points and the Iowa scores either zero points or is limited to escapes the other guy is stalling because he will not allow the Iowa wrestler to score.
If the non Iowa wrestler fires off multiple offensive attacks and the Iowa wrestle initiates no offense the non Iowa wrestler is stalling because he will not allow the Iowa wrestler to shoot or anything.

You guys have outdone yourselves. This is too important to be left to one hayseed with a note card and an ink pen. Rosetta Stone will now offer a training course as part of the Flo subscription. I hope Flo jumping in on this won't be viewed as more anti Iowa click bait. The language itself is really no more difficult than Chinese. It just seems harder because of the calls for stalling every time you pause the instructional.
Oh it's way past anti Iowa clickbait now. Way past.

But. But. But, now just wait a minute. You know that was different.

Great point and post. It is just so much fun to laugh at the idiocy that is HR.
This is the thing I don't get about HR ripping on Cael. He was at ISU 3 years, that's it and what, never placed lower than 5th and had a third. It wasn't like ISU was setting the world on fire.

And a 2nd place finish at nationals. 2, 5 and 3 in his three years (7 AA in the 5th place year). If he were at Iowa in this decade, it would be "great" performances.

I've said this before, but I've thought about this some and I'd like to see them put another ring before the OOB. When a wrestler steps in that "grey area" a count begins. After 3 or 5 seconds a stall call is made.
Also, if a wrestler in the bottom position stands and the position goes OOB while he's still standing that should be an escape. I'm sick of guys just pushing the other guy out to maintain control over and over.
I LIKE this idea. If you're controlling the guy you should be able to keep him on the mat.

I'm sure you dont pay much attention to the Iowa/ISU rivalry other than when Cael coached ISU. Fwiw Iowa and ISU fans rip apart each others coaches in every sport. It wouldn't matter if Mother Theresa was head coach.

Most Hawkeye fans truly respect and admire Cael and his accomplishments. A lot of you just focus on the ones that don't. Always remember that the random fans on a message board represent a small percentage of the fanbase.

'#2020' = Even the rational HR posters think Iowa will win in 2020. (Note, the crazies think they'll win every year).

Yes, this is a good solution. I'd love to hear what TnT would say about a change like the above. Their heads would explode.

ROTFLMAO since you come over here and constantly bitch about what is said on BWI. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
I'm not attacking just defending. I'm just saying dont allow a few random message board posters sway your opinion of the fan base. A lot of good people out here in Gods country

"HWC is tops in the country and should entice any top tier recruit to come to Iowa City"- Have to go back to the Bush 43 administration to find their last World Championship or Olympic gold medal in men's freestyle.

Stalling parallel ride= Non hawk riding parallel.
Hammer on top = hawk riding parallel.

BTW just read the NCAA stalling rules, parallel riding is not addressed i although I would love to see it become stalling again.
