i will drift away.. I watch football to escape the grind, not add to it... I can call the compliance folks at work if I want preached at and get paid for the acrimony. I’ve pretty much dropped nfl/nba/mlb already because hearing millionaires whine is tiring.
I’ve spent plenty of time with struggling kids, and the problems were so immense that I really don’t see much hope. If a kids parents are unable to function the kids are pretty much sunk. Maybe college football doesn’t need dudes with $60k a year in disposable income.. they can just reduce the seats to $15 each and waive donation drives. I really like cjf, but if pressers turn into 20 min injustice lectures i’ll Stop tuning in.
A lot of kids arrive in college football with no structure or guidance, coaching is more than just placating and awarding minutes on the field. I guess ferentz must run a horrible program??
