missed an instant classic. Five sets and about 5 hours. Unbelievable play by both men. Nadel won. Reminded me of Ali and Frazier fight, The Thriller in Manila, where both looked like the we going to die at the end of the fight.

It was right after the Federer upset too. 5 sets and he lost 13-11 in the last one.

I'm all in on Djokovic now, or really anything to keep Nadal from gaining on Fed.

I thought Federer-Anderson was better than Del Potro-Nadal but both great matches...will be interesting to see how Anderson and Nadal bounce back. Great opportunity for Isner against a tired Nadal. Djokovic may be the favorite now

The tennis today was riveting. They had split screens until the Anderson - Federer match was over, I was getting dizzy trying to watch them both. I went out to do a few errands, came back and the Del Potro - Nadal match was really getting intense. Some GREAT tennis today!

Was hoping for a Nadal-Federer final epic. Similar to Australian 2 yrs ago. Oh well, maybe US Open. Del Po never ceases to amaze me ... big lumbering guy able to out last/gun the big boys. Pulling for Isner now.

Isner/Anderson may never end. Don't get me wrong, I love the deciding set not being determined by a tie-breaker but this needs to add sooner than later...we're well over 5 hours already

This thread goes to show where tennis stands in the pecking order on this board. A couple epic days at Wimbledon and literally nothing on here. I'm not really much of a tennis fan, but a sports fan. The second semi is far more entertaining. Actual volleys instead of having a glorified serving contest. Hard to believe they have a curfew when US Open matches sometimes start at midnight.

Spectacular tennis all day long. I’m totally exhausted from watching this afternoon. Awesome!

More great tennis this morning!

Been busy this week but have enjoyed the tennis stuff here. Finally getting s chance to watch this morning. Pulling for Rafa but also love The Djoker. Match could go on for a while...

This is the best match I've seen in a very long time. Djokovic did an amazing job to hold at 7-7. Nadal had countless chances to break

The quality of play for the 2+ hours today following the 3 hours yesterday is just absolutely ridiculous. Mo often changing sides several times during every point.

KUDOD KUDOS KUDOS!

Great match! I prefer the standard tie break in the fifth but this allows for more tennis and more chances to come back. Too bad this wasn’t the final - I think Djokovic will roll.

Reminds me a little of a NHL Stanley Cup overtime game, stunning play after stunning play and great shots, up and down the ice.

Then the ending.....often pretty routine, unspectacular, anti-climatic.

I prefer this to the final set tiebreaker but I understand why players hate it.
Anderson was hoping this would last another hour...he definitely has an uphill battle tomorrow.
Kerber-Williams should be good as well...
