I'm not a lawyer, and I don't play one on TV

So forgive my confusion, but I don't understand why Robert Kraft's lawyers are trying to get the court to order that the videotape of his innocent massage not be released. If I had videotaped proof that my client was innocent of what he was charged with, I think that I would want it to be released.

What am I missing here?

that's just the point- my client says he didn't do anything wrong, and there is a video that must show him not doing anything wrong- so why do I want to suppress it?

You probably didn't do anything wrong with you wife in bed last night, want to release the video?

Just a guess, but I’d think the video shows the opposite of him being innocent. Without the video, his case becomes a he-said-she-said ordeal, and he probably likes his chances better in that fight.
