Is anyone else having trouble getting logged in to ESPN3??

I keep getting an error message: 0033: The customer is not authorized for the content requested.

I don't understand why there's an issue. I am a DirecTV subscriber and have logged in through that account.

Advice anybody?

i'm in without issues. make sure you refresh everything from last eve

Close all internet windows and start over. I had the same problem this morning (with Comcast login).

I had the same problem & message trying to log in from my iPhone. Used my laptop and it worked.

Nope ... hard to beat this ... have ESPNU on the TV, has ESPN3 on the computer, and have Ironhead with the audio stream on the cell phone. Doesn't get much better ... well, I could be at MSG.

I contacted both ESPN and DirecTV. DirecTV says it's an ESPN issue and ESPN says they're working on it. I don't have any problems viewing on the TV, it's ESPN3 that's the issue. Luckily they showed Conaway on the TV and the Finals will be on TV, so not a real issue from a PSU viewing perspective. Technology is great...when it works.
