Is it just me or is holding not being called as much this year?

No, I post a lot for the pure enjoyment of it...

And I laugh at you for the pure enjoyment of it. Do we have a deal?

It's a strategy as it's planned in every game. Coaches and players go into every game with that plan

It's not planned. lmfao. You agreed that it wasn't already. Coaches bitching at refs is a REACTION.

It doesn't. It's one play...if anyone thinks one play is why they lost they're wrong
I'm not cool with boys competing against girls. What are you talking about? You must compete based on the sex you were born unless you're a female taking testosterone then you can't complete anywhere.
At least you agree that an official's call can change the outcome of a play. Then you multiply that a few times and/or it occurs at a crucial time of the game and it has changed the outcome of the game. See Saints vs Rams playoff game from a few years ago and the non PI call.

And the Saints/Rams had all game to make that irrelevant. People just like blaming the refs instead of focusing on the game itself.
The refs, like the weather or start time, are simply part of it. Overcome it or you deserve to lose.

It's beyond absurd and stupid to make the claim as has already been indisputably, factually proven to him in the Colorado-Missouri 5th Down game that literally flipped the result of the game on an ILLEGITIMATE play that was the last play of the game and only happened because of a factually wrong call by the Officials. Indisputable provable fact that the only way that ILLEGITIMATE play happens that flipped the outcome of the game is an INCORRECT, 100% WRONG call by the Officials, but dip$hit troll-boy continues to claim that the Officiating had no impact on the outcome of the game!

Anyone who watched the Oregon-Wisconsin game knows the massive impact the clearly WRONG CALL with 6:45 left in the game had. It literally took a possession from Wisconsin and flipped the field by like 50 yards in Oregon's favor! The absurd wrong call that wiped out a huge play by Wisconsin and gave Oregon an extra possession on Wisconsin's side of the field that they did not earn (it was the result of an Official's clearly WRONG CALL) with only 10% of the game remaining! How can anyone say this type of call had no impact other than a blithering, always-wrong, loudmouth douche.

He can and he will OVER AND OVER AND OVER - dude must get carpel tunnel from his idiotic back and forth - in his demented mind saying he is right somehow makes it so.
He's nothing but a troll on every post. It's his life. Calls don't affect games. Lmao.

I think only a portion of his behavior is explained by his childish "we/us" poser-trolling. I honestly believe there is also a cognitive disorder and psychosis involved.

You are saying other posters are childish while at the same time you are always calling OSU duhO$U?

Bold strategy even for you bushwood.

A little backgound. Cardale Jones was a 6'5"" 240 lb. QB from inner city Cleveland. What was he thinking going to "duh OSU"? N F L .
Did you think it was quantum physics? The kid just said publicly what many D1 football players admit privately. Some probably play for Penn State.

Was there an emphasis put on officials to not call holding as much this year? You barely see it called anymore. Especially on the OL.
Oh I don't know I recall sitting in the north end zone years ago and saw exactly two holding calls made in all the Big Ten games Penn State played against Arrington and Courtney Brown when they were being held on almost every play.

I think he has a pretty high profile media gig now. Is it CBS Sports?

I remember having ab13 point lead on Michigan in the 4th qtr. Guy next to me said it was over. I told him, this is Michigan. It's far from over. Sure enough Michigan comes dow n and the ball is thrown out of the end zone. PI called on an unscathed ball. They score. Kick off and we get a nice run on 3rd down , called back for a penalty. We punt. Michigan has 3rd down. Courtney Brown puts a big rush on the QB. Incomplete on 3rd and long. Penalty!!! Brown called for holding rushing the QB. 1st down. Another PI called in the end zone. Michigan miracle comeback to win the game!

I recall a very similar game with MI vs MN at MN. Minnesota was killing them heading into the fourth quarter. My wife and daughter comment that it looks like MI is going down. I simply said wait and see. Sure enough MI o line starts holding on every play. No fouls called. The MI defensive secondary starts holding and interfering on every play. No penalties called. It's a miracle, MI wins. What a joke.

That's the game I started seeing that the non-calls are way more impactful than the penalties. It's how the Big 2 control the outcome of games. It's not as visible and also doesn't get called out nearly as much post game but it should be.
