Thinking about this before answering it, I think we are starting to get some different types of HS players than we have in the past. I know the answer is a combination of both school and coach (staff), but I think some commitments are now coming based on an established relationship with CJF and BTW, We Are...Penn State. Yes, many or most past commits came based on the tradition of Penn State and the legend of Joe Paterno. CJF is not getting kids based on his legendary history, but more on presumably different assets.
