Is it to much to ask

for a little more imagination in the running game. A few more outside runs instead of into the teeth of the defense almost every time. The backs are fast. Why not try to use that? How about a simple pitch play? I've given up with hoping they throw them the ball occasionally. Is there some deep strategy I'm not understanding?

Even our pitch plays have Clifford running a step or two and THEN tossing the ball. STUPID! Get up to the line of scrimmage and go with a quick true toss.

Run a reverse off of Hamler’s jet sweep, it’s a big gainer all day long.
