It begins at 7:30. In Pittsburgh it's on WPNTD which is a station I have, but have never watched.

Nope. Syndicated by Sinclair Sports Network. I think it made it to about half the country, population wise.

I am shocked ESPN is allowing this as they own the rights. This isn't going to be a good outcome for CampusInsider or the Bowl game. Viewing is going to be awful. Remember when the NFL Network did the Texas Bowl?

I understand what you are saying, but my point I would be more inclined to watch this game then about 75% of the games that have been televised by ESPN already.
