I will give it a shot:
-- She has been a great ambassador for the sport and being USA's first Olympic women's wrestling gold medalist (and now two-time Olympic medalist) and one of the faces of US women's wrestling would probably help her immensely in recruiting.
-- She has been in the sport for decades and is as technically proficient as they come.
-- She seems to be an all-around great person and I imagine many would want to wrestle for her.
-- Her having to deal with adversity in the sport (her health issues with concussions and her mental health struggles associated with that) I believe give her perspective and wisdom that I think will be very valuable as a coach.
-- She has been there from the start of American women's wrestling and has much credibility and respect in the wrestling community, especially women's wrestling.
-- She has sat under great coaching throughout her career and I believe she has the personality, intellect and communication skills to pass that knowledge along to her wrestlers.
-- I believe all the above-referenced points would help her greatly in fund raising and booster recruitment and engagement.
Those are some of her qualities that jump out to me initially.
