If I had to choose between counting to 16,322, or counting to 633,678 --- I would always choose the latter.
Counting to larger numbers is ALWAYS better than counting to smaller numbers.

How many voted for a single candidate or just two of three? Is there a list of all of the recipients with their vote totals?BTW:
There were approximately 23,000 voters.
X 3 candidates per voter = 69,000 total votes (if everyone selected three candidates - certainly some voters only selected 1 or 2)
With 16,322 (JVP), 14,744 (Pope), and 13,173 (Jubelirer) that leaves upwards of:
69,000 - 44,000 = 25,000 votes "unaccounted for"
