I don't know who "Giselkie" is, but let's remember how critical folks have been of James as a blocker. Additionally, a certain "football genius" here wanted James burned at the stake after his poor performance in his first pre-season game.

Young players make mistakes and often lack certain skills. Give them time to develop. Good things can, and often do, happen in time.
