I work in Penn State Athletics and I was told that Mark Hall was on campus this weekend. TIFWIW but that has to show that he has real interest in Penn State and you have to take us seriously in his recruitment. Just passing along some informaton

It's true. I was told in confidence a couple of weeks ago that he was going to visit at the end of the month (along with another positive I can't discuss

I would have to get on my knees and kiss the ring if one of the HAll, LEE combo came here...not gonna say what I would have to do if both came to "WE ARE>>>>>PENN STATE"

I don't know if we won the hall sweepstakes this weekend but I know Cale etal gave it there all and are not done yet with their attempt.
For those that don't think we have the schollie money available for hall AND Spencer ......you haven't been paying attention to the tidbits that come out here and there about how Cale divides up the funds and how much some of the families care about winning and this team that they will sacrifice for the greater goals.

I guess I missed those tidbits, but couldn't they also apply to other programs? I mean, the 2nd item equates to how willing a family is to play more $$ out of pocket in order to have a strong team. Not sure how that is unique to PSU.
I believe dunke's quote says THIS team, meaning PSU, implying they might not feel the same about other teams.
It might be applicable to other teams. But the question is being asked about PSU.
Funny how nobody's asking how Iowa or Tanning Bed U. or any other school can afford Hall + Lee -- which is a statement unto itself.

Why not? It gives some legitimacy to the info and he doesn't say what he does specifically.
absolutely, I meant it literally and in no way was it a figure of speech.........I Pray all the time even though I am not religious, and Cael had to put out a restraining order on me due to always trying to kiss his hands, ring or no ring....it is very creepy.

I like how Cael is pulling out all the stops. Can't hurt to use that guy across campus who is tearing up recruiting. Franklin is a valuable asset for a lot of coaches moving forward. His personality, fire, passion, and ability to sell Penn State is huge.

penn st is considered a "long-shot", if Cael would pull this off he is deity material. Minn has some of Hall's friends from Apple Valley but is long shot too.

Hey, Nebraska was my guess. Prefer to be wrong although I would much rather them over tOSU. The Buckeyes are getting scary with the amount of talent they are bringing in. Guess Iowa is out of the picture. I saw a few guys eluding to this a few days ago over on Hawkreport. .
Hall has played things so close to the vest I have no idea what to expect. Even the good sources seem to be relying purely on speculation with his decision. I'm not sure anyone outside of a handful of people really know much regarding what he's going to say a month from now.
Insane. It's pretty clear from this interview that Mark-Hall-to-Penn-State is more than a pipe dream.
Pat Reusse interviews Jrob and asks about 9.9 scholarships. Jrob says "There's a family in Apple Valley...they love the program... can't really talk about recruiting..."
