Which Is standard or preferred board protocol to:
1) fire off a post and forget
2) preface a post with SIAP then just fire it off
3) post first and then look to see if a topic was already posted (maybe even 3 times earlier) but do nothing if it was
4) fire off a post and later request its deletion (like maybe when it's been posted 3 times earlier) only after one notices it had been posted
5) other
Just trying to conform to the norms.

This would be an excellent topic for the Festivus thread.
Don't get me wrong, I understand the occasional race condition and appreciate ensuring the community stays informed... but days and multiple post later?
I guess my grievance might be to any who may fail to recognize the power of the advanced search feature and the benefit of using it.
Thanks for the response. Sorry for the tongue in cheek post that could've appeared somewhat passive aggressive in retrospect. It wasn't intended to be specific to this thread/poster. Rather, I meant it to be somewhat humorous as well as rhetorical.
Maybe proper etiquette is to passive aggressively ignore any poster who's late to the game, let their "new informative" thread wither on the board, and hope they figure out why and don't repeat the errors in their ways.
OKIE State is out?? Apparently he doesn't want to wrestle at 98 lbs.
Brothers do tend to go together but this is somewhat different. Since Erik was very young he wanted to go to Cornell…Mason not so much. He could still choose them but don’t count out PSU. Oh, as for the Bassetts, I think they both will go to same school one day and I think it’ll be close to home.

He concerns me as a kid who could have topped out in HS. I hope to be very-very wrong with that thought if he stays in state.

A few all-timers came out of UPJ. I’ll start with Carlton Haselrig.
Well Jody wrestled there before transferring to Iowa. So there’s that too..
I’ve had similar concerns re: all the kids in that program but if anyone is able to get the best out of em you’d figure it would be at PSU. Could’ve probably said something similar about Mark Hall, though I imagine there are some who’d argue Mark underperformed relative to the hype around his recruitment.

Perhaps Cael has Kasak as plan A before Gibson?
