I'll jump in here. My understanding is that is the plan for Joe. Obviously things can change, but it wouldn't make a lot of sense to me for him to stay unless he wanted/could target the same weight as Brayton Lee for a Nick Lee/Chad Red type showdown next year. Got this from a friend of the Lee family so it is secondhand, but not too far from the source,
