To say that it won't affect them because of that, however, is incorrect.Just saw it on ESPN.
Minnesota WR Autman-Bell (leg) out for season
Minnesota receiver Chris Autman-Bell will have surgery after suffering a lower-leg injury and will miss the rest of the season. The Gophers will seek a seventh year of eligibility for him.es.pn
Definitely their #1 WR. However, they've only thrown the ball 30% of the time.

Seeking a 7th year of eligibility? And we thought Clifford was old. This guy might leave with a Ph.d if he does it right.Just saw it on ESPN.

Yeah you never want to see anyone get hurt. Beat them at their best. By the way, will be an interesting game between Minny and MSU this Saturday. Lots of love for Minny so far but I will reserve judgment since so far they have played New Mexico State, Western Illinois and Colorado—all at home.Too bad. I don't like anyone to get hurt. Hoping for a full recovery.

NM St, W Illinois and Colorado all winless; combined 0-10.I don't believe any of those 3 have won a game.
Hey, I'm worried about how we'll come out to play this weekend after the team obviously was sky high to play last week and so on point. Also, you know NU is going to try to slow the game down with their running game and shorten it like Illinois did last year. I know that they've gotten off to a bad start, but it always seems like we struggle with them. They play Sparty, Purdue, and Illinois before they come to the White Out. Sparty will be a good "where do they stand" game. Much better match-up for Sparty than the Huskies passing game was. Truth be told, I hope Minnesota wins (and comes in undefeated, looks better down the line).
Fun stretch ahead. We can relax for 3 weeks a little before hitting a 3 game GRIND of Michigan/Minnesota/OSU.
That’s a tough slate there nothing to sneer at😜NM St, W Illinois and Colorado all winless; combined 0-10.

Not me. I don’t like to see anyone get hurt. Want to best a team at its best.Sucks for the kid and Im not happy he is hurt but if they have a dozen more starters get hurt before that game I wont cry..... Less people to row that damn boat
I'm scratching my head trying to find evidence of opposition fans who were upset about Clifford and Mustipher getting injured last year and how much they were disappointed about beating Penn State "at its best".Not me. I don’t like to see anyone get hurt. Want to best a team at its best.
Really? If you want to be like them, knock yourself out.I'm scratching my head trying to find evidence of opposition fans who were upset about Clifford and Mustipher getting injured last year and how much they were disappointed about beating Penn State "at its best".
