Since I've seen a post suggesting that PSU could be under rated this year, it made me wonder about the most over rated Psu team I've seen. I have to believe it was some time in the early dark years when we didn't realize how bad things had become. Also, the 1999 team that was #1 before losing 3 of 4 comes to mind. What Psu teams do you recall being over rated?
