NCAA bracket spreadsheet, a Penn State biased one.

I created this many years ago now and almost every year I tweaked it a little bit but in all that time I have never actually shared it before. I feel silly even doing so now with the others already out there that work. I made it with Numbers not Excel but it seems to be functioning with the port over now on sheets. So use it, or don’t and sorry if everything breaks! Let me know if you spot a problem and I’ll try and fix it.
