NCAA Ticket Allotments

Just got word back from ASU that I didn’t make the cut for tickets. I was told they requested 20% more tickets this year and got 40% less. After they took care of their in-house requests, they had 60 tickets to allocate to season ticket holders.

20,000 seats? Where are you going to host it at? Unless you start hosting the event at places like ford field which would be a horrible experience then you just aren't going to have 20,000 seats. There are four arenas in the US that have 20k seats in a hockey configuration.
Are you suggesting they rotate it between Rupp Arena in Lexinton KY, Yum Center in Louisville KY, Quicken Loans in Cleveland and Greensboro Coliseum?
Jerry World.

Yes, sometime last week. Officially ticketless and resigned to watching from home.

Well, I think I might have mine? I went big and ordered 6, paid for them in Dec. I wrote today to ask for confirmation that they are indeed allotted and how do I get them (they say 'Will Call' on the Dec receipt), but I haven't heard back.

I went into my account today as I hadn’t heard anything. I had an invoice sitting there UNPAID, due 2/15. I don’t know if that is just from the original request or not.

got my prime sport tickets (Capt Morgan club) today. Received MichState denial today as well.

Bought 2 upper deck today from a Penguins season ticket holder more than double face value. Someone on Craigslist tried to spoof us on a posting 10 days ago. Fortunately we figured out it was bogus in time.

When I saw his invoice at under face value it was an easy tell!

Its very disturbing to go on the Primesport Official NCAA ticket exchange and see multiple listings of seats in the lower center sections with 8 and 12 tickets together. These are obviously being acquired by people who have no interest in the event and are merely looking to use them for resale and profit. I believe its the NWCA who controls large numbers of those prime location seats. This really grinds on my sense of right and wrong, especially this year when so many loyal fans are left without access to reasonably priced tickets. Given the tremendous increased demand over the last several years, and this year in particular, I wonder if there is any consideration to reducing the large allocations given to groups (NWCA) who simply turn them over for resale profit.

I had paid when I got on the list back in December. I’m now waiting on a refund. I had purchased 2 season tickets, joined their equivalent of the NLC, and also joined the wrestling club. I guess I can be satisfied knowing I helped a wrestling program.

does anyone know what section PSU has been assigned?
So is it stubhub or bust? Last I checked those seats sucked

you might want to keep an eye on them...last night I saw 14 total tickets go up for sale in section 113... asking price for 10 of them was 665 and the other 4 were 705. Basically with fee's 850 or 875 a piece.... The basic morale of this story is they were not only the best tickets on StubHub available at that time, they were also the cheapest. They sold in about 20 minutes time.

I would take that in a heartbeat.

Finally some good news for me too. My NCAA insider came through for me. 20-yard line, 8 rows off the floor. Tickets and lodging finalized. Now, a decent place to eat close by.

Every other day the best seats in the house tickets come up for sale . They are selling them for the NCAA . The NCAA are making a bundle off us and trying to do it on the sly.Prime Sports is doing the NCAA`s dirty work for them.

Don’t think there is much doubt about what happened here! Sandy is gonna hear about it ..... loud & clear!

Don't think there is much Barbour had to do with this.. Sure big wigs and big donors took some tickets but they do every year.. the demand just was huge this year compared to others and the supply is way down..
