Sucks for those on the west coast especially--I thought for sure 8pm with no NFL game
Looks like they were trying not to go head to head with the Gator bowl at 7:30 tomorrow.
Sounds like coaches from both teams wanted it as early as possible.
Yeah, will all respect to Duke and Ole Miss- no one really cares. The playoff game should have been primetime.
The winner already lost a day of rest/prep for the next round, and both teams probably want to get out of town as soon as possible given the circumstances.
Means we lose a half day of scouting as we have to start working on both but I'll take the rest
Both teams expressed concerns about the recovery time. So it was agreed upon to move it to 4. ESPN probably hates it but would be a bad look if TV didn't honor the request.
It really sucks for people who had flights booked out tomorrow.

No one is comparing it to those that lost their lives. We all understand the difference.
Question: would anyone change their plans to attend the game given the circumstances?
