Its all about Winning at any cost and making money. OSU doesn't care about domestic abuse or sex toys being sent to their facilities neither does the big Ten or NCAA. It's a joke how broke the system is.

Fans demand wins, brag when their schools spend ridiculous amounts of money on facilities, complain when others do the same thing, ignore their own programs' faults while obsessing on others. The "governing bodies" are a reflection of the market.
