How about replacing John Donovan with Mike Locklsey ??

Don't get me wrong. I am NOT advocating that Locksley is a offensive guru. NOT claiming that he is another "Chip Kelly". But Locksley would be an improvement over Donovan for the schemes & play-calling. Plus, Locksley would add yet one more dynamic recruiter to our staff. Imagine the recruiting capabilities of our current staff + adding the recruiting of Locksley.

Either that, or how about Golden?? I know Golden has never been an OC before. But he played TE in college, then for whatever reason he switched over to coaching the defensive side of the ball. He's been a HC now for about 5-6 seasons, so my guess is that he could adjust to OC. And, just like mentioned above.... imagine adding the recruiting abilities of Al Golden to our current staff.
