Official 2018-19 BWI Board LMS Entry Thread

A reminder that all entries have to be in by noon EST on 11/11.

Also, if you edit your picks, make a post telling me that you did so. If I lock the thread (which would prevent edits), then nobody else could submit entries, which wouldn't work for the contest. Since the thread is not locked, you can edit your picks, but I will not notice that action unless you also make a post informing me that you did so. It's easier for me if you want to make a change that you make a post that quotes your original entry, and then indicate what your modified entry.

I edited my picks.

In the spirit of friendly competition, I will be a nice guy and let a few of you know that Warner isn’t wrestling tomorrow so don’t put him in the lineup.

@lobo lion -- you might want to change your secondary entrant

@yekrut321 -- you might want to change your primary entrant

We're all taking wild guesses, but if @JohnBasedow is correct, both of you would be out of the competition before it even started.

Yep. Also the Goofers wrestle Air Force tomorrow night. Their match notes say Rilee Striefel or Chase O'Connor will be going for them at 285. The Steveson red shirt talk is real.

NC State has two duals on November 17th. Sean Fausz is going to be in Bucharest that day with the U23 team. I think that will eliminate him.

No Anthony Valencia for Arizona State against South Dakota this weekend. They list Josh Shields and Jacen Petersen as their probables at 165.

Those are the only ones I noticed.

By the way, big props to the brave souls who picked Dayton Fix or Patrick Glory ... they're both going to have beat defending NCAA champs just to remain alive through the end of next weekend.

Similarly, a pick for Cassar means a wash of a 5th year for Nick.

Tom,

I had to edit both of my picks since my two wrestlers may not be in the starting lineups at the beginning of the season.

Arghhh. I didn't spend a lot of time checking out my entrants, but I did look at the schedules of all the wrestlers I was considering. I totally overlooked the Ok. St. - SD St. dual. Hmm. I'm not sure what to do.

1. Anthony Cassar
2. Nick Reenan

That's why I didn't pick Fix, and was surprised so many did. Gross/McKee back to back might be a tough challenge, although I think he can beat either, but he has a tougher start than I would like.
