Phil/BWI staff is there any feedback on Grinch becoming the 10th OSU coach as the co-defensive co-ordinator? With all the comments regarding the OSU defensive coaching staff and the impact that appears to have had on Smith's decision, this move seems to imply there are more moves to come. Any speculation from your sources as to what direction that might take. Also, it appeared the 10th coach was expected to be an entry level position (at least that would be my initial perspective), this becomes an escalation in coaching compensation. Thoughts?
