David Habit (formerly of Edinboro U.) up now. He had the much easier side of the bracket. Zain tech-ed him 10-0 a couple of years back at Worlds.
Habat match up now.
Down early, 3-0.
Now down 7-1, less than 1 minute in, but injury time for Pilidis (GRE). Not much of an injury , it appears.
Step out, Habat gets 1, it's 7-2. Follows that with 2, so it's 7-4.
First period over.
Habat gets exposed on one of his shots, exposure for 2, now losing 9-4.
Despite a takedown, Habat loses 9-7.

Eierman - Lugo x π r² would likely require taking the sq rt of a negative number.
Oliver down 3-0 after 1. No shots for Oliver, and he was pushed out twice, plus gave up a passivity point.

If Oliver is able to get 3rd and someone cannot wrestle at the Olympics--not necessarily the Top 2 at this tournament, but any of the qualifiers--will JO be an alternate of sorts and be able to compete at the Olympics? Or, is he officially out of it?
Just like what happened to Tank. Except I think Tank got 5th, but 3 guys were ruled inelligible for PEDs. There's a chance here--JO is NOT a small 65KG and that dude was absolutely beastly next to him.
Not sure what you mean by "someone". Each earned spot is assigned to a "country", so if someone can't go, it's next guy up for that country.

But if the guy who qualified the country is ruled ineligible, then the country is out, right?
IIRC that's what happened with Frank -- a couple guys ahead of him flunked the pee test, and sine they were the ones who qualified their countries, the countries were out.
Not positive, but I think that is the case unless the wrestler who qualified the weight is subsequently disqualified which results in the earned spot going to the next highest qualifying wrestler's country.

i don't have an answer, only more questions. since there are two 3rd places, would the 3rd place from the 1st place finisher's side of the bracket be the higher 3rd place? or are they actually going to wrestle so there's a real 3rd and 4th?
Sorry...No. Those in power .....in their "wisdom" decided that the "Draw"....their draw.... was the more determining factor in who goes to the Olympics than skill.
