On another note last week I posted, as a point of information, the kid from

S. Williamsport, I think, Bragalone had 182 yds. He plays for Lehigh. This week he had 192 on 15 carries against Fordham. Not too bad. Before all the haters attack me, no I don't know the kid and have never seen him play. I have only see him in pictures. Then why should I care about his stats? Mostly because I like to see people succeed on any level. I don't care whether it's pee wee sports, business, or just life in general. These days we all need some good news. By the way there is only one Barkley. You better enjoy his performances while he's here. He is amazing and gets better every game.

Thanks for posting. I was fortunate to see Dom play in high school and he possessed great straight line speed and power. He ended up only 32 yds short of the national yds record for a single season of high school football. He did play single A ball and his competition wasn't always the greatest. He only played the first half in a lot of his games, yet in the playoff games, even against the state champs, Bishop G he put up nearly 300 yds, if my memory serves me right. He isn't any where as elusive as Barkley, yet he is still a great back and a nice kid from what I have seen of him. I think he would have been a big improvement over Bill Belton but not SB, who is in a league of his own and could be our best back ever. I will always wish him the best!

Good for him. There have been some good Pa. backs lately who have done really well at the small school level. Franklyn Quiteh from P.M West won the Division 2 Heisman a few years ago, and the Dudeck kid from Kittaning should do really well too. Think there are two other kids (Darius Wise from Beaver and Journey Brown from DuBois) who will be really good small-school backs as well.
