? On BTN2GO

Live in North NJ and have fios, but can't get the big 10 station on fios app or b10 app. On fios app the channel is not available. I called verizon and they told me I need to go thru the btn2go app. When I do that, it redirects me to the fios app. Anyone else have this problem...is it really not available.....help

Always a little difficult to debug via a couple of written sentences. That said, to watch live broadcasts on the BTN2TO app, you need an active cable account.

So when you first use the BTN2TO app, it will require you to log into your cable provider account (Verizon FIOS), once that's done it'll bring you back to the BTN broadcast.

Not sure if that's what you're experiencing though.
