On Wisconsin, On Wisconsin (Wisconsin - Michigan game thread)

Wisconsin is up 14-0 and goes for it on fourth-and-three from the near 45 and throws a long pass for the first down. Nice.

Hmmmm...Taylor spotted down at the 2 yd line? I thought more like 1 foot line.

We don't want Michigan to win. This is not a beauty contest. They are in our division. We want them with as many conference losses as possible.

What a pleasure to watch Wisky.

Well coached, well prepared, well conditioned, disciplined.

Right now it’s 14-0 and with time out. Harbaugh was shown on the sidelines. His face had the look of a man thinking “I’m going to lose this important game.

Michigan is still in it, but they are in deep trouble.

BTW, Wisky does use Taylor too much. He is dinged up now. They have to find a way to save him some touches.

Wisconsin looks for real. I normally want our opponents to win but it is just so enjoyable watching Michigan get stomped.
Well Michigan has played almost 2 and 1/2 football games, haven't been scored on yet, and have outscored their opponents 125-0

If Bucky sustains even 1/4 of that kind of efficiency... defeating them in the B1G Championship game will trump a win over skunkbear at home in October.

Now we know why Harbaugh is having trouble with his football team - He is spending too much time coaching Downy laundry concepts.

Correction: Wisconsin hasn't been scored upon. Michigan has. I think you flip flopped names above

Man we think our offense is struggling. They have 5 Star WRS, a 5 Star QB and they can only gain yardage off of PI penalties. Guess Gattis wasn’t scUM’s savior.

First rule for offensive linemen is “Never stand straight up and give up leverage. “ Wisky kid did that and got abused on that third down.

Not really.

I want to play great teams that have beat great teams. I don't want to win because we're playing teams that can't win meaningful games. It's about the resume to me. Just like Clemson's resume is going to blow but thankfully they an rely on their recent past.

This is about building a resume. Winning the division and conference mean nothing without making the playoff.
Resume nothing. At the end of the year, all they look at is the number in the L column. And if you defeat a highly rated Wisconsin in the Big Ten title game, that will be the last game played before they decide.

You want the teams in your division to lose, period.

Gattis can install his offense, but Jimmy has to let him run it with his plays. Maybe it’s both, but that is still a formula for failure.

Obviously, Michigan looks beaten.

Can Wisky do well without Taylor? We will see.
