OSU - Ill Refs

Refs just blew another replay call on an OSU fumble/Illinois recovery.

Looked obvious to me, but what do I know. But when it leaves the announcers saying things like "Wow" and "That's horrible" and "It needs to be indisputable evidence… and this is" it makes you realize the refs are awful.

How can replay be so bad across college football? I don't get it.
