Jake Butt played in one of these post season scrimmages shredded his knee and never played a down in the NFL.
The NFL didn't draft him because he was tough. He wasn't drafted because he was damaged goods. They moved onto other players.

Jayhawks have several prospects that could have quit at 1-5, but they didn’t and look at the upsets they’ve had in the last couple of weeks.
These opt outs disgust me more than anything going on right now. You’re given free education, and now pay for play, and they STILL quit. If im an NFL gm, i absolutely hold it against them in their draft grade, quit once, well they’re going quit again when things aren’t going too rosy with their NFL team.
