Thought I give the Nittany Nation crew a quick update on my Family's world journey. We're now 4+ months in, wrapped up Europe at the end of August with visits to France, Corsica, Italy, and Switzerland. All amazing Countries, tough to pick one highlight but if you get the opportunity to visit eastern Switzerland, go for it. The Swiss Alps are something out of a movie, very kid friendly, and while expensive, can be done for less than a trip to Disney World (sans flight).

From the Swiss Alps we landed in Bangkok, talk about culture shock! I've never been to Asia and it definitely put us out of our comfort zone. It took us almost a week to adjust to everything, but Thailand has so much to offer. We kind of wish we would've allowed more time to Asia because we know we'll always go back to Europe.

We're currently in Bali, where we've experienced our first earthquake, 5.7, scary stuff if you ask me. I don't know how our California Lions deal with the risk of potential quakes happening at any moment. We're no where near the volcano but obviously praying for the entire island that is doesn't blow. From here to Australia for 3 months. IF you're interested, I've attached a couple of videos and link to our website.

What a win last week, I've been watching the games on youtube after the fact. Kind of miss live action but still glad I get to see the games. INDIANA, INDIANA, INDIANA!!!!!

WE ARE!!!!

Amazing stuff. That's a very cool thing you're doing, and I'm sure your family will treasure the experience always. Safe travels.

Awesome. I'd send you some Thirsty Turtle wings for a little taste of home if I could.

Mt Nittany. . .glad PBC dodged a bullet with Irma. Talking with friends, it still did its share of damage but could've been a heck of a lot worse. Really feel for the Keys, my favorite place on this Earth is still Bahia Honda SP and it took a direct hit.

great stuff! appears that your family and you are having a great time.

appears you're lucky to be avoiding the mandatory evacuations in Bali.

keep us posted. the videos were very enjoyable!
