This isn’t good. Heard Shapiro lost to a Harvard kid and could have another concussion issue. He just medically forfeited to Arrington of NCst.

I'm starting to worry that this head stuff may end his career it seems like he can't go a tournament without something CKLV, I heard it was an issue at NCAA's and something had to be off at OTT's. Really hope he figures it out because I truly think the sky is the limit for him but he just cant stay healthy.
Definitely concerning. Multiple recurring concussions is not a place you wanna be. There’s more to life than wrestling (shhh).
Probably 15 years ago my cousin's son won a couple PA Junior Wrestling state titles, placed in several age specific national tournaments and generally speaking impressed me in being able to be taught new techniques and almost immediately able to effectively use them. Half way through a one loss freshman season he started getting headaches. Eventually he couldn't get through a practice without having physically disabling headaches. Sat out the rest of his freshman year and his sophomore year without any issues. 2 weeks into his junior season they started again. He never got a chance to see how good he could have been. 30 or so now, married, father with a successful career and a functioning brain.
Not really a point to my post, just sharing a family story.

Luke Stanich is gonna be hard to redshirt this year. Won the Journeyman at 141 beating Orine and Composto. Ryan Jack was also in that division. Also has a win over Lemley this year.
They have Wisconsin on the docket December 8.
I hope the Columbia County EMT's are on standby.
Gotta think Camacho is out and Vince Robinson is in for NCState. Robinson looks miles ahead.

25, college degree in hand. If fully taken advantage of, a masters. Ready to get busy with life, and stop in Iowa City to pick up half a million in seed money and a look at the windowless dungeon and tunnel. Not a bad plan.

Yeah, was watching the BEG guys last night and they said after it happened they checked him out and then let him continue for a bit after that. Considering they did the same thing last year when he suffered the concussion at CKLV there seems to be something wrong with their trainer and coaching stafff.
Maybe their trainer and coaching staff know more about Shapiro than do you? Like when he lost to Cardenas at NCAAs with a similar issue, and ended up taking third (and soundly beating Cardenas the next day)?
Yes, probably do. That being said, yesterday,he landed on his head, called injury time. He was sitting there holding his head. Knowing his history with concussions from last year maybe you just be proactive and default right then for a match that means nothing rather than send him back out.
Didn’t a similar thing happen with Yianni a year or two ago? I could be misremembering but I can picture a match where his clock was seriously rung but he kept wrestling until he finally couldn’t continue and MFF’d.
It was just earlier in the year during the wrestle off with Nick Lee to go to Pan Am‘s.
Some one on here posted that fight pass for wrestling only was $3 a month, or something like that. I can't find that deal or was it only for a limited time?
