Probably because
1) All these young ladies made their accusations before the trial, not 4 years after
2) MSU didn't "accept" responsibility for Nassar announce they would give millions of dollars to anyone who came forward with a claim that Sandsuky abused them, no questions asked. No NDA required. Just promise not to sue TSM or anyone associated with it.
3. None of them are claiming they didn't say anything before now because they had repressed the bad memories, but only recovered those memories after months of therapy with a therapist their lawyer referred them to.
If MSU started doling out money to unvetted charities, she'd be there.

The sad irony here is that she made this so much more difficult on herself by adding “hypocrite” to her list of sins by being such a vocal hard-ass on all things Penn State.
