Where are the editorials in major newspapers calling for the complete dismantling of the university or at a minimum the dismantling and banning of the gymnastics program? Where are the threats of pulling the accreditation of the university?

Can somebody post a link to a story or tweet from a business entity threatening to completely blackball any MSU graduate from any present of future employment? When will the Governor of the State of Michigan parade into E.L. on a victory tour to trample on the smoldering embers of the university?

I suggest a small percentage of that obscene amount of money Jim makes to be placed in an education endowment for the children of these women abused by Larry Nassar.

Incase anyone was curious....a half hour into the 6pm ESPN sport center and not one mention of this. Oh...Jamele Hill is one of the hosts.

As a side note, I have never watched this version of sportcenter. Was curious to see what attention this MASSIVE SPORTS COVERUP would receive by a MASSIVE SPORTS NETWORK and I got my answer. ZERO....

This situation brings back ill feelings. The picture becomes even more clearer as the MSU situation unfolds. Most of us always knew It was always about bringing down a great man. Nothing more. Those responsible and they know who they are, I can't forgive. Furthermore I have not heard one Pittiot talk about the poor young ladies at MSU. Imagine that. People can be very ugly. I don't buy it Lou Anna. Maybe if you mean the day you found out more charges went public, but I highly doubt what was going on in 2014 with a federal investigation isn't something that would have made it to your office. Nassar was investigated and suspended at least as early as 2014 "In April 2014, the woman filed formal complaints with the MSU Title IX Office as well as the MSU Police Department. Nassar was put on leave, according to MSU documents."

In 2012 Simon was all about the Freeh Report, forcing PSU to adapt all of Freeh's recommendations. Did Simon adopt those best practices to safeguard those under her care? No. She was more concerned with punishing Penn State football. Had MSU and Simon adopted those recommendations she mandated on Penn State, Nassar would have been stopped no later than the 2014 complaint:

3.4.1 Ensure that the University President, General Counsel and relevant members of senior staff thoroughly and forthrightly brief the Board of Trustees at each meeting on significant issues facing the University.

6.5 Establish a policy to request assistance from other law enforcement agencies in sensitive or extraordinary cases or where a conflict of interest may exist.
