I don't! You are a moron if you don't realize that most employers track EVERY keystroke of their employees.Glass houses. How many of you are downloading this stuff on your work computers so that you can bitch at others for having it on their work computers?
Are you that dense?? The major criticism of the porndogs is they were swapping obscene emails on the public dime on government hardware. Is that a wise use of tax dollars?? If someone does the same thing while working for a private company I wouldn't care. The private company can deal with it as they see fit unless, of course, there was criminal activity involved.Glass houses. How many of you are downloading this stuff on your work computers so that you can bitch at others for having it on their work computers?
Wouldn't be surprised if there is a real snuff film or beastiality pictures in the trove. Debauchery at its finest.
Wow. I suspect Fina is done.
Waiting for Sully to come on and tell us who "it was not a good day for" today.
To take that a step farther, while simply receiving them may at first be somewhat excusable, the question would become what the recipient did after receiving multiple obscene/inappropriate emails. Did they reply to the sender and say, "Stop sending me those perverted emails. I don't appreciate getting that kind of stuff"? Or did the recipient do nothing and giving the sender the impression it was OK? Anyone in a senior position should do the former and document, document, document. Those guys should all be fired....ASAP. No excuses. If you received such emails, that is kind of OK, but if sent or forwarded them, you are (and should be) toast.

Well, unless the released info today includes the names of those sending/ receiving this stuff then it's neutral and not a good/ bad day for anyone. It will be a footnote as journalists focus all their attention on the 2 journalists killed in Virginia today.

The article states that Fina sent on an altered nude photo of Sarah Palin. There's more from Fina. Make your own conclusions.
EDIT: The link is from Lionlurker's post earlier.
Most people have but they are not going to get in any trouble unless it is child porn. That is why Kane is an idiot. MOst of the emails were harmless and nothing illegal.

Some of what's described is absolutely harmless.Actually, I'm sure most people do not have porn on their work computers. It's 2015, dude.
And it probably is quite illegal to have porn on a state computer, insofar as the state IT rules, at least.
I'm amused that you think that this kind of stuff is harmless. Dude, you are a caveman.
Those guys should all be fired....ASAP. No excuses. If you received such emails, that is kind of OK, but if sent or forwarded them, you are (and should be) toast.
That and I wonder if those in her own party calling for her to step down may now have a change of heart.I wonder how Seth Williams feels about Fina now?
Marc Costanzo - wasn't he the guy that spoke to the press after the preliminary hearing for Curley and Schultz in Decrmber 2011?
Some of what's described is absolutely harmless.
A meme of a kid looking up a girl's skirt isn't child porn like Kane insinuated.
If there's actual sex acts in Fina's inbox he's done, period. He deserves it for being stupid enough to send them.
I forgot stocking shelves at walmart you don't have a computer.
Every place I worked, sending porn was illegal by company standards and resulted in immediate termination. Taking this a step farther, these people were on taxpayers money and it could be considered a crime.
Speak for yourself. You can rationalize this all you want but the fact is most people DON'T OR HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED STUFF LIKE THIS AT WORK. Most people would be immediately terminated if they did. Believe me.
Just keep spinning it.
It also brings to light their lack of credibility and to what lengths they'll go to serve their self interests. If Kane's assertions are true, you'd think that would open some eyes as to how the Sandusky affair was handled in regard to C/S/S. It should, but it won't. The media will not even attempt to make that connection. This just goes to show the hypocrisy of Fina, Costanzo and the rest of Corbett's corrupt cronies...they spent all this time and God knows how many OAG resources going after Corbett's political enemies via Computergate, etc. for THEFT OF SERVICES...and as it turns out...Fina et al. were doing the very same thing via swapping porn on the state's dime. Fancy that...
It is one thing to look at porn at home in the privacy of your own home, on your own time.
It is another thing to be looking at porn on work time on a work computer.
It is yet another thing to be a state employee looking at porn on a state-owned computer while you are being paid with taxpayer money.
It is yet another thing to be a an employee of a law enforcement agency doing this.
And it is yet another thing to be a high ranking manager of a law enforcement agency doing this.
It is yet another thing to actually be an assistant attorney general handling sex crime cases doing this.
This is a no brainer thing. Fina should have been fired if this had been discovered while he was with the OAG. And he should promptly resign his job with the Philadelphia District Attorney's office now.
I am really offended at the moment by the weak treatment the story is getting from the Inquirer. The reporters clearly have a close relationship with Fina as a source (maybe back to when the Sandusky case broke in the first place), and that is clouding their judgment in the handling of this story. They should be pursuing this as aggressively as they have pursued all the stories Fina has fed them about his enemies.
Illegal by company standards? Companies don't make laws. The porn is more likely not illegal and simply against company policy.
When is Kane going to charge her staff who sent porn?
Prediction - Fina will not be fired. If there is enough public outrage, he may resign. But he won't be fired.Fina is toast. The picture of Obama and Clinton could cause them alot of extra problems.
What did morality man Frank Noonan, the boss do? Did he just turn his head and look the other way?To take that a step farther, while simply receiving them may at first be somewhat excusable, the question would become what the recipient did after receiving multiple obscene/inappropriate emails.
